Our history \u2013 from websites to meeting bookings<\/h3>\n
\n Webshark was founded in 2018 by Erik while he was studying in Lund. Back then, we had nothing to do with meeting bookings. The business idea was simple: IT students needed extra work, companies wanted cost-effective websites, and we were the middleman.

\n\nWe learned a lot. Most importantly, we were\u2026 really bad at building websites. But after selling over 200 projects, we realized something important: what we were actually really good at was booking sales meetings. We never had a problem filling our own calendars with meetings with the right decision-makers and the right companies.

\n\nWhen we started looking at the meeting booking industry, we saw the same pattern everywhere: meeting booking companies were almost always made up of 1-3 \u201cZlatans\u201d, talented owners who had sales in their blood and booked great meetings for their clients themselves. But no one had managed to build something that could scale.

\n\nWe realized, just like our industry colleagues, that it is difficult, really difficult, to find good meeting bookers. Why? Because there is no simple answer to what makes a good meeting booker. Many people think that being social and nice is enough, but that is far from enough. Not if you are going to deliver on quality meetings, for different clients, with different pitches, in different industries.

\n\nSo we decided that if you can't \"find\" them, you have to \"create\" them. After years of testing, training, and fine-tuning, we finally cracked how to turn people into really good meeting bookers at scale. This is the whole foundation of what Webshark is today. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Several of them have received the highest scores on the university entrance exam. These are not the classic appointment bookers you think of, but extremely driven people who can quickly get to know your business, understand what is really important and convey it in a convincing way.
