\n Strativ wanted to expand its customer base by booking more sales meetings with potential customers for its IT development services. The challenge when it came to meeting booking was to identify the right target audience, reach decision-makers responsible for IT purchasing, and generate interest in collaboration. In addition, a meeting booking strategy was required that could deliver high-quality meetings where companies already had concrete needs for digital development projects. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n The meeting booking collaboration began with a target audience analysis to identify the companies and decision-makers who were most relevant to Strativ\u2019s offering. We specified criteria such as company size, geographic location, and type of project need to create a targeted list of prospects. We then developed a personalized outreach strategy via LinkedIn and email, where each contact was professionally processed and with customized messages. Many IT managers are extremely busy and courted, which is challenging if meeting bookings are only to be done by phone, so we developed a different strategy. By using a combination of data-driven analysis and proactive follow-up, we were able to ensure that the contact created trust and interest. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n In just one quarter of active meeting scheduling, the strategy managed to generate over 40 booked and completed meetings with companies that had a clear interest in starting new IT projects. These meetings resulted in valuable discussions on everything from intranets and e-commerce solutions to other digital projects.
