One of the biggest challenges with Backag\u00e5rden's meeting booking was identifying the right decision-makers within the companies, as these roles are often unclearly defined in the event planning process. Competition was fierce from both other physical conference facilities and digital platforms that offer all-in-one solutions for conferences.
