\n Geobear needed to overcome traditional barriers to customer acquisition and appointment booking in a conservative industry where relationships and trade shows have been the primary avenues for new business. The company was faced with the challenge of reaching decision-makers without prior relationships and explaining their complex technical solutions in a way that was both easy to understand and engaging (which is critical to success in appointment booking). In addition, they needed a strategy that could communicate their unique offering via email, which is not common in the construction and soil reinforcement industry.
